Privacy policy

What we store. Your email, optional name and preferences, and the plans you create: tasks, routines, habits, goals, workouts, meals, grocery lists and daily reflections.

Who can see it. Only you. Every record is tied to your account and protected so other users cannot read or change it.

Reflections. Mood entries are personal notes, not medical records. Cleanism does not diagnose or analyze mental health.

Export. You can download all your data at any time from Profile → Privacy.

Deletion. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data and your sign-in.
